A lot of people these days are obsessed with working out and doing all kinds of exercises. There is nothing surprising about that, because now most of us are spending most of our days in the office in front of computer and our bodies just ask for some exercise. While some people do it just because they know that they sit a lot and it is good for them to exercise a little bit, others do it because they want to stay fit or just generally love exercising. No matter to which category you belong to, I bet that there are some things that you forget about while exercising. Exercise really does help us to stay fit and healthy, but it is definitely not enough just to exercise; there are many other things that you have to do.
Try to eat healthily at least before your workouts, so that your body would not feel too heavy and you would not get tired quickly. If you find it too difficult to get rid of junk food at all, this will be good enough too. However, balancing food and exercise, would give you much better results and you would feel much more energized every single day.
The last thing you have to remember is to try move as much as possible even when you are not working out. If you sit in the office for five days a week, 7 hours a day, just two hours of exercise per week will not be helpful at all. When you are at work, try to do simples stretches while sitting at work (Internet is full of them) every hour, so that your muscles would move just a little bit. And if it is possible, try to stand more, not to sit. If you do these things, trust me, your exercise will be more useful.
