The Carter's Shipping Policy

Carter's offer combined standard flat rate of $6 shipping to most U.S. locations, including military addresses and U.S. territories. Express delivery is available at an additional charge. Additional freight surcharges and shipping exclusions may apply to furniture purchases.

Carter's also delivers internationally to 80 countries. Your total order cost, including merchandise, shipping, taxes and duties will be presented to you during checkout in your preferred currency. This is the exact amount that you will be billed. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery.

Earn one $10 Carter’s Reward for every $50 spent in the store in a single transaction after discounts and promotions, and before taxes through the expiration date printed on your receipt. Purchase subtotal must be $50 or greater. Carter’s Rewards are valid the day after awarded. To redeem Carter’s Rewards, present the original receipt, with rewards attached, at time of purchase at any carter’s store in the U.S. or Puerto Rico.

Carter's offers gift cards and special offers such as promotions, sweepstakes, events and much more on their online portal. As a military discount, free standard shipping applies automatically to orders of $50 or more at checkout that are shipped to an APO or FPO address.
