Yes, gyms can be more motivating and it can be difficult to force yourself to work out at home, but if you do not want to lose that body shape, you better do it! There are so many different hobbies that you can enjoy and not to abandon your home. You just need to get a little bit more creative and you will find lots of things that you can enjoy without leaving your home and your responsibilities.
