Reliable Shipping and Delivery
Rakuten provides both direct and indirect shipping options to our customers. Postal carriers vary from shop to shop, the most common being International Express Mail Service (EMS). The delivery fee varies depending on the destination country and weight of the order, which includes wrapping and packaging.
Following checkout completion, the shop will send a confirmation email containing the final price, which includes shipping fees. Please respond to this email and accept the total charge to have your order shipped. Applicable customs and import duties will be charged after the parcel arrives in its destination country. These charges must be paid separately by the customer. An order usually arrives three to ten business days after it is shipped.
