If damage occurred to products during shipping, The Hardware City will do what they can to replace it.
Customer service must be contacted for returns.
Original packing slip must be included: if it has been misplaced, include the following information about the purchased, plus the order number and reason for return: name, address and phone number.
The Hardware City will only absorb shipping costs if the product was damaged during shipping.
There is a 15% restocking fee associated with returns.
