Tree Fort Bikes Shipping

Tree Fort Bikes offers free Economy Shipping when the order totals over $99.
This option provides delivery in 5-10 days from shipment, if items are not on backorder.
In-Store pickup is available to local customers and will be available within 3 days of order. Customers will receive an email stating when orders are ready for pickup.
Standard shipping is available on all other orders and will take 2-5 days after order has shipped.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost and is available through FedEx 2 day or FedEx Overnight.

Tree Fort Bikes Returns

Orders can be returned if received back with 30 days of original purchase.
Items being returned must be in original packaging and the item must still be brand new, unused and/or uninstalled.
Items will not be accepted as returns if if the packaging is damaged and not able to be re-sold as new.
Orders must be assigned a return authorization number by calling in.
Shipping costs will be deducted from the return total if they do not meet the minimum free shipping requirements.
Return Authorization number must be visible on the outside of the box in order to be accepted.
