You know that feeling when you wake up in the morning and you feel already tired? Yeah, that happens to most of us. We wake up and we already feel tired, we do not want to do anything and it seems that it is impossible to get out of bed. And most of the times, we feel like this without a clear reason. It seems that we did not do anything too exhausting the day before to feel this way. But the real reason why we feel like this is simply because of our lifestyle. There are so many things that we do wrong that makes us feel tired all the time.
One of such things is that before we go to sleep, we do not put away our phones and laptops. Before we go to sleep, we lay in our bed checking all of our social media platforms and it just does not allow our minds to rest. We fall asleep, but our minds are still working and in our sleep we are thinking about many different things, and because of that, we wake up tired. What can you do about it? Well, just simply put all the phones and laptops away, and try to fall asleep naturally without having any kind of technology next to you. It might seem a little bit difficult the first few nights, but you will get used to it.
Another thing that you should not do is not to eat a lot before you go to sleep. You should not go to bed starving because you will just not fall asleep, but try not to eat a lot of food, especially junk food, before sleeping. Your body will not know what to do, your organism will be confused and it is really not healthy for you. You will not sleep well and chances are that you will have stomach pain in the morning. If you feel that you are hungry, eat something light, like yoghurt or fruit, but not steaks or burgers.
Take your time to understand what really makes you tired and fix that. Because you do not want to wake up every morning tired, do you?
