Cotton Babies began with $100 worth of product in a tiny green milkcrate stored in a shelf in our kitchen. It grew from there to a bookshelf, then a closet, then a bedroom, then a basement and finally, the business exploded into commercial space.

Today, Cotton Babies is a privately held market leader in the juvenile product industry and a diverse retailer, offering everything a family needs to take care of their baby. Our primary focus is cloth diapers, but we also offer a wealth of other products designed to make parenting easy.

The Cotton Babies Shipping Policy

The site offers FREE shipping on all items without any terms, conditions or minimum purchase value. Cotton Babies ships to addresses within the United States. Free economy shipping is available for orders with a delivery address in the lower 48 states and to military families with an APO or FPO. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged exact shipping at the time of shipment.

Due to the volume of orders we process, changes and cancellations are not possible once an order is downloaded into their order fulfillment system. In-stock orders placed by 2pm EST, Monday through Friday usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day (see holidays). If your package requires arrival by a certain day, please place your order by phone so they can guarantee inventory, a shipping date and an arrival date.
