Orders of $150 or more receive free standard shipping.
Order with a subtotal of up to $75 for a standard delivery charge of $7.50.
Orders over the $75 subtotal will be charged 10% of the subtotal for delivery.
Orders generally arrive within 7 business days of purchase.
2-day express and overnight delivery options are available for 12% and 15% of the order subtotal, respectively.

MacKenzie-Childs Return Policy

Non-furniture items may be returned to a MacKenzie-Childs store within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns are accepted online within 90 days of original purchase date.
Proof of purchase must be given, which could include the original paper receipt, an order number, a gift receipt, or the original packing or gift packing slip.
Credits and refunds will be issued within 30 days of the return.
