Along with the form, you should provide supporting documentation such as photographs or video. After submitting the dispute form, you must also send the claim and your supporting evidence to [email protected] within 2 business days. Liquidation.com will then investigate and resolve the case within 10 business days.
If it is determined that damage was sustained during shipping, Liquidation.com will file a claim with the carrier service to create a resolution. If a product was misrepresented by the seller, Liquidation.com will investigate this as well, providing a resolution for both buyer and seller to adhere to.
